Our Founders

Mrs. Crystal Love
Chief Executive Officer

Crystal Love, the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the S.E.E.D. STEM program, brings over 25 years of experience in the finance industry to her role. Her impressive career includes executive administration and project management positions at Fortune 500 companies such as BlackRock, Inc., Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, and Booz & Co. Mrs. Love’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish and operate her own consulting firm, Bridge Consulting Group. Her diverse background also encompasses over 20 years of youth development, including roles as a middle school teaching assistant in Hempstead, NY, and a church youth instructor. This unique combination of business acumen and educational experience enables Mrs. Love to effectively lead S.E.E.D.’s mission of shaping future innovators.

Dr. Damon Love
Chief Scientific Officer

Damon Love, PhD, is the Chief Scientific Officer and co-founder of the S.E.E.D. STEM program. With over 15 years of experience in academic and industry research, Dr. Love’s expertise focuses on cancer and other diseases. His academic background includes training at Princeton University and Stony Brook University School of Medicine, followed by fellowships at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Love’s innovative work in developing genetic therapeutic strategies for solid tumors demonstrates his commitment to advancing medical science. As CSO of S.E.E.D., he leverages his extensive scientific knowledge to design cutting-edge programs that expose students to advanced technologies used in both academic and industry laboratories.
